Understanding Space Lotus

Space Lotus is a management group and platform that brings together residential, commercial, and event spaces into one growing portfolio.

Any property owner can list their space regardless of it’s location. We survey the property and determine how best we can provide value to the owner and suggest developments to improve its marketability and appeal. If the location meets our criteria or has the potential to, we take on the partner and sign a contract for that specific location.

Our platform hosts a variety of spaces. Gardens of various sizes and styles, Houses of varying sizes, Large empty plots for development, Halls, Apartment blocks, BnB setups and more.

A partnership with Space Lotus is a contractual agreement in which we manage and market the partner/owner’s venue/location at a management fee. Our service is to manage and maintain the property/location (operations management), provide marketing and sales support, provide visibility via our online channels, and connect with reliable service providers for events.
